Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days without processing fees. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in its original packaging. Please send your return request to support@wiseandwood.com  before shipping the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If you return an item that arrived damaged or faulty, you will not be charged for the shipping costs when returning it. If you return an item because you changed your mind, you will be charged for the shipping fees when returning it.

 Exchanges

Please send an email regarding your exchange to support@wiseandwood.com . We will process it free of charge.   

Refund Method

We will refund your order to your original method of payment.

• Credit Card: Refund takes 3 to 5 working days.
• PayPal: Refund takes 3 to 5 working days.
